What builders ask first
“Those aren't my prices.”
Your version uses your own price sheet. Options you don't price don't show up, and every screen labels the total as an estimate that you confirm.
“It's not my plan.”
We model your plan from your drawings, with your finishes and options. The demo homes are examples so you can try it today.
“My clients won't use it.”
It opens from a text on any phone, with nothing to download, and the link reopens their exact choices. Whether clients use it is exactly what the pilot measures.
“Who updates it when my prices change?”
Send us a new price sheet and we load it. The Builder plan includes updates whenever you need them; a single project includes two.
“What if a client holds me to a price?”
Every total says it's an estimate and that you confirm the final price. You review dimensions, scope and cost before anything is final.
“Is my clients' information safe?”
The page doesn't store or send client details. When a client is ready, the app writes a message with their design, and they send it to you from their own email or phone.
“Does it look real?”
It's an interactive 3D model, not a photograph, with scanned stone, brick and paving, real sun and night lighting, and seasons. We keep improving realism with every release.
What the demo is, and what it isn't
Example only
- The demo homes are original concepts, not an architect's model or a client's project
- Prices are illustrations, not quotes
- Room dimensions come from the concept homes. They aren't construction documents
- Pantry, kitchen, laundry and window choices change the estimate and summary but aren't drawn in 3D
- Options such as rooftop pools, extra floors and orchards are visual concepts. No one has checked that they could be built

- Real land: a live aerial photo and land shape for the lower 48 states. Boundaries fill in only in Maryland and Delaware, as mapping data

A paid pilot for our first 3 builders.
$1,500 for one of your plans, up to a Large home, live for 90 days with your prices. If you stay on a monthly plan, the full $1,500 counts toward your build fee. In return, we ask for your honest feedback and, if you're comfortable, permission to share what we learn together. We'll agree the delivery date and terms in writing first.

Before you sign up
Do buyers need to download anything?
No. It runs in the web browser on phones, tablets and computers. Buyers open a link and start exploring.
Can it show my actual plans, not the demo house?
That's the plan for a builder's version. The demo house is an example. We'd model your home from your floor plans and elevations, with your cladding, masonry and window selections. No builder's home has been set up yet, so a pilot is how we'd test it.
Can I put it on my own website?
The Builder plan includes an embed for your site. We add your website's address during setup so it can load there. Single projects get a branded link you can share anywhere, including texts, email and social posts.
Where do client requests go?
The client sends them to you. The app writes a message with the design link and choices, addressed to your email if you give us one, and the client sends it themselves. Automatic delivery to an inbox or CRM isn't built yet; we'd scope it with you.
What happens if I cancel?
A Builder plan goes offline at the end of the billing month. A single project stays live until its 12-month term ends. We'd agree what you keep before setup starts.
How realistic does it look?
The demo house is procedural geometry rendered in the browser, with sun shadows, reflective glass and night lighting. It's a visual concept, not a photoreal render. How close a builder's version gets depends on the files you supply and the scope we agree.
